cupold-fashioned rolled oats, processed into 1/3 c flour

tablespooncinnamon, ground

cup (not packed)raisins, seedless

cup, choppedcranberries, dried

cup whole kernelsalmonds sliced

cupsVanilla Whey Protein Powder

cupapplesauce, natural no sugar added
1/3
cuphoney

tablespoonvanilla extract

teaspoonsalmond extract

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)mashed bananas

Steps
Sequence Step
1combine oats, flours, cinnamon, raisins, cranberrys, almonds and protein powder.
2mash bananas and stir in apple sauce, honey, egg and egg whites, vanilla
3grease 8 x 11 or 9 x 13 pan with butter.
4Bake 350 for 20 min turn off oven and leave in oven additional 10 min
5Cool in pan cut into 1 x 2 inch bars
