1Break up bread, add in chopped (using a food processor) almonds, cut up peaches (or other fruit), 1-1/2 cups of eggbeaters and 2 eggs (or 2 cups of eggbeaters), cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts, use the butter to coat pan and whatever is left add into the mix, thoroughly mix ingredients put in a pre-heated (375 degree) oven and cook for approximately 45 minutes, then drizzle about 3 tablespoons of honey over the top and let cook another 10 minutes, take out and pour (1/4 cup) sugar free maple syrup over the top and cover with tin foil or if the pan has a cover and let sit. Serve warm, either by itself or with some sugar free syrup. This recipe is made weightloss friendly, but can be made with all real ingredients if you don''t mind the calories.
