Recipes - Caribbean Spinach Salad

Recipe Name

Caribbean Spinach Salad

Submitted by Gretchen Perkins
Recipe Description Super simple recipe with great flavor combination of super food ingredients. Would also make for a wonderful entree salad for dinner, just add shrimp, fish or chicken. Don't be afraid of the fat content it's good fat from olive oil and pecans.
