Recipe Description I wanted to make a yummy protein bar with ingredients that I already had. This combines my fav things to create a glorious home made protein bar.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine dry ingredients. Combine coconut oil and mashed banana and microwave for 30 seconds. Combine with dry ingredients, add water, and stir. Mix thoroughly and spread in a square pan or dish. Refridgerate to harden. Once hardened, cut into ten pieces, wrap each piece and freeze. I used 4 scoops of MRM Whey chocolate protein powder which has 18g of protein per scoop. Nutrition might not be correct since it only gave me the option of ounces and didn''t have my brand.
