| 1 | Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain thoroughly. In a bowl combine the chicken, melon, and pasta. Toss ingredients for even distribution. In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve. Leftovers should be refrigerated. Spices, sweetner and onion can be adjusted to taste. Good with tossed greens. Enjoy! |
