Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut up celery, green onions, carrots and garlic. In a 12 quart stock pot, put the vegetables on to soften with 4c of water, salt, and Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning. Simmer until desired tenderness about an hour on low. In a separate skillet cook ground turkey, drain of fat and then add to vegetables. Cook pasta of your choice, but only half of the package. Canola oil can be added to boiling water. Once pasta is done, add to stock pot. Finally, add canned diced tomatoes, canned green beans (28 ounce cans each), chicken broth and 4 cups of water. Let simmer for 30-60 minutes. Enjoy!!!
