poundPork, fresh, loin, sirloin

cups, crushed, sliced, or chunkspineapple, canned, chunks, drained well

tablespoonsAsian fish sauce

tablespoonssoy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

cupcilantro, fresh, chopped

pepperchipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce, chopped

teaspoonspepper, to taste

cups floweretsBroccoli, flower clusters, raw

cupsRice, brown, medium-grain, cooked
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat EVOO in pan and add chopped Onion and Garlic until transclucent
2Cut pork sirloin intu 1" chunks, add to pan, cook for 5 minutes
3Add Chipotle pepper,Fish Sauce, soy sauce and pepper, mix well, cook for about 3 minutes until all ingredients are incorporated well
4Add Broccoli and Pineapple Chunks - make sure the pineapple are drained well
5Add rice, breaking it down with wooden spoon until it''s spread, add the remaining 1 tsp of pepper. season to taste
6Cook for about 10 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
7Add chopped cilantro, mix well. Ready to serve
