Sequence Step
1Place all vegetables in a food processor and chop into very small bite sized pieces. Set aside. Add raw chicken to food processor and pulse until chicken is finely minced; like ground chicken consistency. In a skillet or wok heat 3 T. of the olive oil to very hot. Add in the sesame oil just before adding in the chicken. Sprinkle 1 T. of the soy sauce on the chicken. Saute until just barely done. Add in the vegetables and remaining ingredients. Saute until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add in cabbage at very end. Let sit until cabbage had come up to temperature. Serve wit lettuce cups and any toppings you prefer. We use crunchy rice noodles and sliced roasted almonds.
