11. Preheat oven to 425°F. Trim fat from chops. Pour butter onto baking pan, tilting pan to coat the bottom. In a shallow dish, combine egg, milk, and pepper. Place stuffing mix in a second shallow dish. Dip chops into egg mixture, turning to coat. Coat both sides of each chop with stuffing mix. Place in prepared baking pan.
2Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Turn chops. Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes more or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of chops registers 160°F and juices run clear.
