| 1 | Brown sausage (out of casing). Heat oil in pot. Then add onion, garlic and bell pepper. Saute till soft (not brown). Add 6 cups of water, carrot, chicken bouillon cubes, bay leaf, thyme and parsley and bring to simmer. Add frozen tortellini and sausage. Simmer until tortellini is cooked. |
