2Brown sausage in large sauce pan (make sure that it will be large enough to hold remaining ingredients).
3Once the sausage is cooked add flour. You may need more depending on what brand of sausage you get. You want to make sure to soak up all of the grease in the pan from cooking the sausage.
4Add Milk and cook over med to med-high heat stiring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste. The gravy should thinking upon heating and stiring. Once you reach your desired thickness you are ready to serve. Can server over biscuits or however you desire.
5If you have problems getting the gravy to thicken you can add corn starch a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired thickness. If this happen you will want to add more flour the next time you make the dish.
