medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

pound, raw14 oz cooked and diced

pound, rawboneless, skinless chicken breast

cupsRice, white, medium-grain, raw, unenriched
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large stock pot heat a stick of butter over medium heat.
2Wash and chop celery, pepper, and onions and throw into butter. Saute for five minutes.
3Cut chicken into bite size pieces throw into pot. Saute for 5 minutes.
4Chop brats into bite-size pieces (I prefer spicy brats)throw into pot and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
5Add chicken broth - bring to a boil.
6Reduce heat to simmer and allow to cook for 35 minutes.
7Throw in cooked rice.
8Finally add cooked shrimp. Allow to simmer an additional 5 mins. Then serve.
