3	large	eggs
1.5	cups	sugar
1	cup	vegetable oil
2	teaspoons	vanilla extract
2	cups	all-purpose flour
2	teaspoons	cinnamon, ground
1	teaspoon	baking soda
1/2	teaspoon	salt
4	cups, slices	apples, peeled, cored and diced
8	ounces	cream cheese
2	cups unsifted	icing sugar

Steps

2	Bake in 9X13" pan at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes
3	Ice once cake is cooled
