packages (10 oz)strawberries, frozen, sliced

package (20 oz)Blueberries, frozen

individual packetlemon juice fresh (Juice of one)

cuphoney

package (1.75 oz)pectin (3T of dry low sugar pectin)

tablespoonssplenda no-calorie sweetener
Steps
Sequence Step
1Add 1/3 c water and juice one lemon, strawberries, and blueberries to stock pot over medium/high heat. Mash fruit with potato masher or puree with a stick blender. Add fruit pectin. Bring to a rapid boil that can not be broken by stirring. Add Splenda and honey. Boil for one minute at a rapid boil and then remove from heat. Skim the froth off of the top. Place in freezer jam containers with 1/4 inch head space. (usually will fill 5 - 8oz containers) Allow to cool on counter before applying lids and freezing.
