1 | In a med bowl, combine dry ingedients. |
2 | In large bowl, mix sugar and olive oil until creamy. |
3 | Add vanilla and egg and mix well. |
4 | Add dry mixture to wet, half at a time and mix well. |
5 | Add milk and lemon juice and mix well. |
6 | Roll dough into balls (1 tbs) and place on lightly sprayed, foil lined cookie sheets. |
7 | Flatten each ball with a fork dipped in granulated sugar. |
8 | Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes until firm. |
9 | Cool on cookie sheet 10 minutes, then slide foil off sheet to cool completely on counter. |
10 | Dust lightly with powdered sugar. |
