| 1 | wash rice, cook with a dash of salt in 1 quart water. Set aside when done.
in larger pot, beat eggs and 1 cup sugar, then add can evaporated milk slowly, add a second can of evaporated milk slowly. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. pour into serving dish(es). Sprinkle with cinnamon |
