cup (8 fl oz)water, warm (110 degrees)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk together dry ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Create a well in the center of the ingredients.
2Mix 1 tsp baking powder into applesauce.
3Add oil, warm water, pumpkin, and applesauce mixture to the well of the dry ingredients.
4Mixt together on low until ingredients are fully incorporated. Turn mixer to medium-high and mix for 1 minute.
5Spray 2 nonstic loaf pans wit a cooking spray. Pour batter into both loaf pans, making sure to divide batter evenly.
6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Turn loaves part way through to ensure even baking. Remove from oven and let cool, in pans, on a wire rack, for 10 minutes. Rmove loaves from pans and let cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
7Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
