Ingredients
Amt. Measure Ingredient
2
ouncescream cheese
1
tablespoonbutter
1
teaspoonStevia. I just use one packet.
1/4
teaspoonvanilla extract-Just a little drop
3
tablespoonsAlmond Flour-Course ground in food processor
1
ounceprotein powder chocolate (1 scoop)
3
tablespoonsNatural Peanut Butter
1
teaspooncoconut oil metled
Steps
Sequence Step
1Add cream cheese and butter in a small bowl and zap in microwave just until soft enough to mix together. Combine well and then add the packet of stevia.
2After that is mixed, add the vanilla. Mix some more. Once that''s good, add in your almond meal (which I just make myself with some raw almonds in the food processor), peanut butter (smooth, no sugar added), and protein powder (I use chocolate whey protein that has 2 grams of carbs per scoop). Stir it up real good. Then add the coconut oil. It is definitely not a necassary step. I just like mine when it''s a little wetter and coconut oil does it well and it''s good for you. You could really use anything you like.
3Now just roll them into balls and put them in freezer until you can''t wait any longer. Delicious! And low carb! For the balls you can do six fairly large ones, eight medium, or ten small.
