| 1 | mix together pumpkin, sugar and molasses until combined | 2 | add to pumpkin mixture the oil and vanilla, mix well | 3 | In a separate bowl combine and sift remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips. then add to pumpkin mixture, mixing well. | 5 | Place balls of dough(I use my Pampered Chef Scoop) 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
