Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350F. Combine liquid ingredients and eggs. Beat well. Stir in flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda/powder, nutmeg, and allspice. Stir in oats, nuts, and raisins. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
