poundbeef chuck or sirloin

ouncesground pork

cups, chopped or dicedChicken, broilers or fryers, meat only, stewed

cupscorn (7 oz can Green Giant Mexicorn)

cans (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

teaspoons dryOld Bay, or to taste

dashsalt, to taste

dashpepper, to taste

medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)potato, diced

Steps
Sequence Step
2stew a small whole chicken (about 3 lbs) and debone set meat aside. Diced the potatoes and set aside.
3add ground pork and beef to sauteed vegetables and brown, do not drain.
4add diced tomatoes and 1 cup of ketchup to browned meat.
5add undrained mexican corn and potatoes to stock pot.
6Add salt, pepper and old bay and add the chicken.
8Let come to a boil and then put on low to simmer for about 1 to 2 hours. (make sure the potatoes are tender.
