Recipes - Artichoke & Thyme Soup

Recipe Name

Artichoke & Thyme Soup

Submitted by Wendy Landon
Recipe Description As a Nutritionist, I believe in simple recipes that are full of flavour and pack a nutritional punch. My inspiration was artichokes because this vegetable is not widely used and is full of fiber, vitamins and minerals.
