| 1 | Place oil in the pan and bring to hot temperature; test with a slice of boiled potato. If it sizzles, it is ready. | 2 | Slice boiled potatoes and place in the pan and let brown for 2 minutes. | 3 | After a couple of minutes, add chopped onions, parsley, salt and pepper and flip with a spatula. | 4 | Allow to brown on the bottom for a couple of minutes and flip over; continue this until potatoes are golden brown. |
