| 1 | trim the pork and remove any silverskin, butterfly the tenderloin by splitting down the middle and pounding between 2 pieces of wax papper to about 1/2 " thick, season with ms. dash on both sides | 2 | place a broiler pan in the oven, pre-heat in the oven to 350 degrees | 3 | combine all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk frequently simmer until the sugar dissolves, don''t boil | 4 | place the pork on the hot broiler pan and cook @ 4 minutes, flip over and cook 4 additional minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees (pork will be slightly pink in the center) | 5 | allow the pork to rest @ 5 minutes before slicing | 6 | slice the pork in thin diagional cuts accross the width of the tenderloin, top with a drizzle of the glaze |
