poundspork tenderloin

cupapple butter, Eden Foods
1/4
cupmolasses
1/4
cup, packedbrown sugar

tablespoonscoarse ground mustard

teaspoonfresh ginger, grated
2
tablespoonssodium free seasoning (Ms. Dash)
Steps
Sequence Step
1trim the pork and remove any silverskin, butterfly the tenderloin by splitting down the middle and pounding between 2 pieces of wax papper to about 1/2 " thick, season with ms. dash on both sides
2place a broiler pan in the oven, pre-heat in the oven to 350 degrees
3combine all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk frequently simmer until the sugar dissolves, don''t boil
4place the pork on the hot broiler pan and cook @ 4 minutes, flip over and cook 4 additional minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees (pork will be slightly pink in the center)
5allow the pork to rest @ 5 minutes before slicing
6slice the pork in thin diagional cuts accross the width of the tenderloin, top with a drizzle of the glaze
