Dutch Apple Cake

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place apple slices Cinnamon and sugar in stock pot with a bit of water and cook on low heat (so fruit does not scorch) until tender and then pour mixture into large bun pan and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. In a 20-30 qt Mixer using a paddle, put eggs, sugar, flour, oil and lemon juice in bowl and mix on low speed for one minute. Scrape bowl and continue mixing on medium speed until well blended. Pour mixture over apple mixture and spread evenly with spatula. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top and cake mix does not jiggle when pan slightly shaken side to side. Let cool slightly and serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
