3/4
tablespoonHoisin Sauce mixed in 3 cups water

1/2
cups, wholesnow peas

1/2
cup, slicedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced
Steps
Sequence Step
1Smoke chicken at 275 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Grilling the chicken can be substituted if needed. Set aside to rest and then slice into 1/4 inch thick medallions.
2Rehydrate the bean thread noodles according to the directions on the packaging, drain and set aside.
3Over medium high heat in either a large non-stick skillet or wok combine the peas, red peppers, chicken and half of the Hoisin sauce mixture. Partially cover and cook until the liquid reduces in half. Once done either move to the side of the pan to make room for the noodles or remove from the pan.
4Continuing on medium high heat, add the remaining Hoisin mixture to the pan and once hot add the noodles - tossing so all of the noodles abosorb the liquid. Once the liquid is taken up by the noodles combine the chicken and veggies with the noodles.
5Once everything is combined serve immeadialtely.
