| 1 | Make cheese cloth spice bag with the first 4 ingredients (spices).
Place the bag in a large pot with the second 4 ingredients.
Simmer the above until reduced to about half.
Remove spice bag and add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 3 hours stirring often.
Remove some liquid if too water.
Process into pint jars |
