Ingredients

cups (8 fl oz)water, warm (115 degrees)

tablespoonsyeast, active dry

cupbutter, melted and cooled (or olive oil)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Warm bowl before adding warm water. Sprinkle yeast over warm water and stir gently.
2Add honey into yeast mixture stir and set aside.
3In mixing bowl put flour, salt and butter
4When yeast mixture begins to rise, add to mixing bowl.
5Using electric mixer (KitchenAid) mix at low speed until well combined. Increase speed gradually and maintain at moderately high speed (8) for 5 minutes. Dough should form ball around beater and not stick to side of bowl. If it is still sticky, add small amounts of flour by the tablespoon until it releases from side of bowl.
6Remove dough from bowl, spray bowl with Pam or other spray oil. Place dough back in bowl, spray top of dough. Cover with plastic wrap... do not seal.
7Set in warm area and allow to rise for 1 hour.
8Punch down dough. Form small egg sized rolls. Place on parchment sheet covered cookie sheet. Brush with butter or olive oil.
9Cover lightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm place. Let rise 1 hour
10Remove plastic wrap and bake in preheated 350degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
11Brush with butter or olive oil. Serve Warm
