medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)Red pepper thinly sliced

Steps
Sequence Step
1bring large pot of water to boil. cook spaghetti until just tender, 9-11 minutes. drain, rinse under cold water.
2meanwhile, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar, crushed red pepper, 1/4 c scallions and 2 tablespoons cilantro. add noodles, snow peas and bell pepper; toss to coat.
3to serve, mix in sesame seeds and garnish with the remaining scallions and cilantro.
