2 1/2	cups	unsweetened cocoa powder
7 1/2	cups	sugar
10	teaspoons	salt
10	tablespoons	Cornstarch
5	cups	corn syrup or pancake syrup
5	cups	milk, lowfat, fluid, 1% milkfat, with added vitamin A
1 1/4	cup	butter
10	teaspoons	vanilla extract not imitation

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Combine dry ingredients in sauce pan.
2	Add corn syrup and milk, blend thoroughly.
3	Bring to a boil, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
4	Cool, without stirring, until pan feels warm to hand.
