| 1 | preheat oven to 400 F | 2 | whisk dry ingrediants in a bowl | 3 | whisk wet ingrediants in a seperate bowl | 4 | stir wet and dry ingrediants together. also stir in blueberries (carefully) | 5 | quickly spoon into cupcake cups in a muffin in and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar | 6 | bake in oven for 12min, or until a toothpick comes out clean | 7 | cool for 3min in the pan before removing from pan and put onto a cooling rack |
