| 1 | Melt oil and butter in a large roasting pan. | 2 | Add molasses, vanilla, brown sugar, honey and salt. | 3 | Let cool slightly, then add remaining ingredients, except for the raisins. | 4 | Stir thoroughly. Spread in shallow pans. | 5 | Bake at 350*F for 20-25 minutes. Stir ever 5-7 minutes. | 6 | Before it cools, add raisins. |
