I've made this recipe and have been drinking it for almost a year now. It taste a bit like fruity vegetable apple sauce. I drink it with a straw and have about 16oz at a time. I started drinking this because i've become dedicated to health and self improvement. This beverage is palatable, so i don't mind drinking on a continuous basis. This is great because it often can be difficult to eat healthy because it is inconvenient or doesn't taste good.

Put all ingredients into a blender. The drink will taste better if you can use frozen/or freeze the strawberries, peaches, cranberries and blueberries. This recipe gives you approx 4 servings of fruits and vegetable per serving of drink.
