Steps
Sequence Step
Preheat oven on 425 F for about 20 mins
Mix all the Dry Ingredients with a Spatula
Mix all the wet ingredient in a seperate container from the dry ingredients. Mix well
Mix all the wet and dry ingredients together and mix well.
Take a 24 mini muffin pan and apply very little oil in each cup.
Fill the mixture into the pan
Put the pan in the oven for about 13 mins
Take out the pan and poke a knife in the muffin to check if it is done.
If the knife comes out clean, means it is done
Let the muffins cool for about 10 -15 mins or more..
Take out the muffins from the pan and they are ready to serve
Note: I mentioned apple sauce. But I made an apple puree, by cutting 2 medium sized apples and boiling it in the water for about 10-12 mins and then used a blender to blend it. I did not peel the apple before boiling. The orange juice was squeezed fresh from 2 farm picked tangerines. If you are using canned and sweetened apple sauce and orange juice, you may need just half the sugar quantity
