| 1 | Mix diced squash, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and piementos with salt. Set or 30 minutes. | 2 | Drain remaining liquid. | 3 | In a small boiler, combine cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Boil for 15 minutes. | 4 | Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables. Mix well. | 5 | Pour into sterilized Mason jars while hot and seal. Let cool. | 6 | Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. |
