Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown ground meat (beef, yak, turkey)with onion, garlic, seasoned salt and italian seasoning.
2Mix ricotta and cottage cheeses and eggs in food processor until smooth. Then add to cooled meat with frozen spinach.
3Layer sauce, then 1/3 of uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 of meat/cheese mixture, more sauce, 1/2 of mozzarella, repeat once, then on top with another layer of noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Pour 2 cups of water over the whole thing (this allows the uncooked noodles to cook without pre-boiling) bake one hour at 350 degrees, then uncover, sprinkle parmesan on top and bake another 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.
