ouncessliced portabella mushrooms

beans (4" long)green beans --chopped

cupVegetable stock (low sodium used)

teaspoonred peppers (hot), crushed

teaspoonsgarlic minced

teaspoonsfresh ginger, grated
Steps
Sequence Step
1drain, dry and cube 3 slices of Extra Firm Toufu
2Put oil, chili paste and garlic in pan and heat then add tofu and mushrooms and cook until slightly brown
3Add Green beans and cook for about 5 minutes until they turn bright green
4Add Vegatable stock salt and pepper and cook slowly until stock is reduced to a sauce
5Salt and Pepper to taste and sprinkle with a touch of apple cider vinegar if desired
