can, 15 oz (303 x 406)corn, canned - drained

can (15 oz)black beans, canned, rinsed & drained

can (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced
Steps
Sequence Step
1Place one 2.5 to 3-pound bag of frozen chicken breast in crockpot. Add beans (make sure they are rinsed and well drained). Add corn (well drained). Add tomatoes.
2Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir every 2 hours (if possible)
3Turn off crockpot and let it sit for 45-60 minutes (makes it less soupy if it cools a little.)
4Shred chicken if desired. Serve over rice, or mixed with rice to use as filling for a burrito, could be used in a rice bowl or tostada salad.
