| 1 | Mix flaxseed meal with tow tablespoons of water set aside. Mix vinegar in with milk set aside. Sift flour, salt, baking soda and powder in a bowl set aside.
Mix butter, apple sauce and both sugars till creamy. Add egg, egg whites and prepared flaxseed meal till creamy. Add 2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract. Mix well. Slowly add in flour mixture till mixed well. Add in the homemade buttermilk slowly and blend well. Pour into two prepared loaf pans. Cook at 350 for about 55-60 minutes. |
