stalksgreen onions, finely chopped, white and green part

cup, shreddedshredded cheddar cheese

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grees 13x9-inch baking dish.
2Place sausage in a large skillet and cook over medium-high stirring occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain crumbled sausage on paper towel to remove oil and moisture.
3Place brocolli in small sauce pan, cover with water, cook for 5 minutes, drain and squeeze all water out, let cool.
4Beat eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl, pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage, onions, brocolli, and 1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese.
5Bake in preheated oven until knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 15 minutes.
6Top with the balance of 1/2 cup chedder cheese and finish baking for 5 minutes.
7Allow to cool slightly, 5 to 10 minutes, cut into squares.
8Serve 1 square per serving, topped with 1 teaspoon sour cream, as desired.
