cuplentils dry lentils

medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)new potatoes (unpeeled, steamed and cooled)

cupfresh parsley, chopped

cupBread crumbs, dry plain

Sequence Step
1Put the lentils and Buckwheat in room-temperature water and let it soak for 6-10 hours, until it''s soft enough to eat.
2Peel and mesh the potatoes, then mix with the other ingredients: Lentils (soaked), Buckwheat (soaked), onion (chopped), oil, parsley (chopped), eggs (beaten), bread crumbs, Tomato purée. Mix until you get a nice and even mixture. It should look ready to eat as it is.
3Add in the garlic, then any other spices you would like. I use black pepper, salt, Curium and Indian Yellow Curry powder.
4Make 30 round balls, should be no larger then your palm, then squeeze them a little to ellipsoids. should resemble small hand-sized burgers.
5Bake in Oven for about an hour on medium heat (180 Celsius)
