Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook instant brown rice according to package directions, set aside.
2Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and butter to form a dough. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake @ 400 degrees 13-15 minutes.
3Brown groud turkey with onion, green pepper, and garlic.
4Add water, taco seasoning and cooked rice to meat mixture. Bring to boil and simmer 2-3 minutes.
5Mix beaten eggs into meat mixture.
6Spread over baked crust. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15-17 minutes. Remove from over and cover with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cilantro. May garnish with salsa and light sour cream if desired.
