| 1 | Heat oven at 350 degrees. Grease muffin pans or line with cupcake liners. | 2 | Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Put aside | 3 | In large bowl mix eggs, brown sugar, milk, oil, applesauce, and molasses. Add cereal and let rest 5 minutes. | 4 | Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients all at once and mix well, just enough to ensure flour is completely mixed.
