Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix dry ingredients.
2Mix egg, oil, and buttermilk together.
3Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in iron skillet on top of stove.
4Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
5When it begins to smoke pour mix in and bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 14 minutes.
6When browned turn out on a plate and cut immediately to keep it from sweating.
