| 1 | Remove Crusts from bread, butter bread; put in bottom of greased (Pam) 9X13 casserole dish. Cook and drain sausage and spoon over bread, Sprinkle cheese over bread/sausage mixture. | 2 | Mix Eggs, Salt and Half and Half.
