cups (8 fl oz)water-tap water or distilled

Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large pot, cover chopped onions, carrots, celery, garlic sweet potatoes with 12 cups water and bring to a boil.
2Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
3Add spinach, parsley and simmer for 5 minutes more.
4Season with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5Strain liquid; discard vegatables.
6Store broth up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze up to 3 months.
