cupcoconut oil, melted

cupmaple syrup pure, or honey. coconut nectar

tablespoonorange extract 1/2 TSP

teaspoonvanilla extract

tablespoonorange peel, zest

teaspoonraw apple cider vinegar

cup, choppedcranberries, dried or berry mix
Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk together dry ingredients. set aside.
2Preheat oven to lowerset setting, warm, 150-170 degrees.
3Heat water to 100-110 degrees. Add honey
4Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place 12 muffin rings on the pan
5In a stand mixer with paddle, mix dry, yeast
6Fold in berries.
7Scoop 1/3 cup batter into each ring. With a cold, wet metal spoon, smooth tops of muffins.
8Place baking sheet in oven to let rise for 15 minutes.
9Raise oven temp to 425 and bake 30 minutes, rotating tray after 15 minutes.
10Tops should be brown and sound hollow when tapped.
11Cool 15 minutws in tray, then remove from rings to cool on wire rack.
12When cool, use a fork to pierce around edges until muffin pulls apart.
13Freezes well. Toast and enjoy!
