cup (8 fl oz)Yogurt, plain, low fat, (or flavored)

tablespoonolive oil

fluid ounceMilk, skim
1
teaspoonPure vanilla extract

cupall-purpose flour

teaspoonbaking soda
1
teaspooncinnamon, ground

cupsoat cereal

cups quartered or choppedapple
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix first 6 ingredients in one bowl
2Mix ingredients 7-11 in a large bowl
3Combine the first bowl with the second, mixing well
4Spray olive oil or veg. oil in pan to coat and spread mixture evenly
5Cook at 350 F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown, slightly crisp, and knife comes out relatively clean.
