Ingredients
Amt. Measure Ingredient
1
cupmayonnaise
1
package (10 oz)Spinach
1/2
cup slicesWaterchestnuts
8
mediumshrimp
8
ouncesCrustaceans, crab, alaska king, imitation, made from surimi
Steps
Sequence Step
1Steam shrimp until cooked through. Chill.
2Chop shrimp into small 1/4" - 1/2" pieces.
3Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir mixture well. Refrigerate for at least two hours (so the dehydrated veggies in the soup mix fully rehydrate).
4Serve as a main salad dish, on crackers or as a sandwich. My PERSONAL favorite is rolling a couple tablespoons of the seafood salad in a lettuce leaf. Great way to reduce carb/calorie intake.
