| 6 | This is a very healthy high protein meat loaf and very easy to prepare. I used 1 part beef, 1/2 part turkey and just 0.25 lbs of lean lamb. All this is mixed with all the veggies and 1 egg and bake for 60 minutes at 375 degrees. |
